The family had very good communication throughout the process of renting, preparing for trip, and arriving. A truly smooth process. Everything stated on the rental details is accurate. Fast and reliable internet. Air condition works well. Very clean flat and rooms for additional family, friends, etc. I didn’t have any issues with anyone in the building. It’s quiet and respectful building, please match their customs and courtesies. I will stay again later on down the road when I return.

Apartment is well located in El Puerto, free parking right outside to leave car as most places are walkable. El Puerto town centre is just 5 mins walk away, with castle and other historical sights. Ferry to Cadiz is 10 mins walk and then around a 30 mins ferry ride which is very nice and avoids the hassle of driving in. Apartment is clean, is on 2nd floor with stairs or lift. Small kitchen with everything you need. A/C is very nice in living dining room, wifi works well. Bedrooms have fans but no A/C. All in all solid apartment to use as a base for exploring the area.
