O apartamento é espaçoso.
Embora tenha máquina de lavar roupas, não tem sabão, amaciante, nem varal, não tem reposição de papel higiênico, sabonete e xampu. Cobra caução de 100 euros. Falta manutenção do apartamento, como por exemplo: cabide do banheiro quebrado, espelho do banheiro manchado, banqueta quebrada...
