Very quiet location, right next to the mall, with parking on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and bright. There isn’t any particular view, but that didn’t bother us. It can easily accommodate 6–8 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also an extra shared bathroom. Additionally, there is a shared pool and a gym on the rooftop, as well as a playground and a bar.

Although it was relatively clean overall, there were some details that made us question the level of cleanliness. There were hairs and dust on a few surfaces such as the bedside tables and the TV stand, which made it clear that they are not cleaned very frequently. However, the bathroom, kitchen, bed sheets, etc. were very clean. Moreover, our friend found a dead cockroach in his room on the first day we arrived. Lastly, the bar was not operating during our stay, and both the gym and the pool have specific opening hours, which we weren’t informed about in advance — we only found out upon arrival.
