Mojarra 27, New Apartments in the Heart of Cancun

The building is new and centrally located with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The bed was comfortable. Ample work space in bedroom. Code entry makes it easy to get in and out of the unit in theory (see notes below). Wi-Fi was an acceptable speed. Oxxo and laundry services within minutes away.

Check-in process was not the best. They didn't provide a building access code for check-in. Luckily, the cleaning personnel did let us in. Shower head didn't have enough pressure, and the water out even with door closed. The kitchen didn't have knives to cut, so we didn't really cook. The living room sofa and dining room chairs are not comfortable, so it's hard to work for long periods of time if you're working remotely. Filtered water faucet still had sediment, so we had to grab our drinking water from oxxo. Elevator wasn't working, so we didn't really get a chance to check out the rooftop pool.
