Very clean and felt very safe with night porter 24hrs. Easy to get to anywhere in Cancun as UBER v reliable. Extremely good value for money. Pool and gym on top floor was lovely. Also had breakfast downstairs and was great. Only 20mins from airport and £24 in a big minivan which we organised via booking.com. Great option if you want an overnight easy stay after your flight. We stayed for 2 nights and was a great place to recoup before getting the ferry to the Isla Majuures - only 10 mins to port.
Would recommend. The area is a little run down but it is safe and extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The location is great, the building is new, rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only and major bad thing was the water. It smelled horrible, strong odor of rotten eggs, whenever a tap was turned on and the smell lingered long after. We avoided showers and used bottled water for everything else.
