About this apartment rental

The space
A newly renovated apartment with a bohemian and refined look—the unique style of each room and its incredible views of the Caribbean Sea and the Cancun lagoon will make you want to stay forever.
The apartment features a large terrace where you can admire the sunrise or enjoy fun afternoons with family or friends. It is located on the top floor of the tallest building in Cancun, offering a privileged view of the sea, the lagoon, the Cancun skyline, and even Isla Mujeres.
The apartment is fully equipped in case you want to cook (blender, coffee maker, microwave, hand blender, waffle maker...) and also includes a cooler and a beach umbrella that you can take to the beach.
We provide unlimited drinking water!
If you are traveling for medical reasons, we have a Lazy Boy electric recliner available—ideal for your recovery—which is free of charge for stays of 10 nights or more (otherwise, there is a rental fee). We are located 600 meters from Amerimed.
The building is a luxury condo with all the amenities, including a gym, pool, jacuzzi, security, and parking. There are also playgrounds for children to enjoy.
The building has direct access to the city’s largest shopping mall, Plaza Las Americas, located on the lower level, where you can shop, visit the supermarket, dine at various restaurants, and even catch a movie.
The building is located just 4 minutes away from the hotel zone, where you’ll find beautiful turquoise beaches, restaurants, bars, and luxury shops. The neighborhood is a quiet, well-established area considered the heart of the city; near the apartment, you’ll find banks, restaurants, hospitals, currency exchange offices, pharmacies, and convenience stores.
We also offer van or small car rentals so you can visit nearby parks, attractions, and destinations such as Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Akumal, or Tulum (This service is charged separately and is not included in the nightly rental rate for the apartment).
