Mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, wygodne łóżko. Bardzo brudno, w łazience zacieki po poprzednich gościach, trudno otwierający się balkon z odchodami ptaków na podłodze. Bardzo zakurzona podłoga, naczynia niedomyte, kieliszki wypalcowane i z zaciekami. Bardzo głośno z ulicy, mimo, że mieszkanie jest nieco na uboczu i na 5 piętrze. Brak ekspresu do kawy, mimo, że jest na zdjęciu mieszkania. Zlew kuchenny niedomyty, kaloryfera nie można skręcić i grzeje mimo, że w mieszkaniu bylo juz za cieplo.
