Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pełne wyposażenie obiektu, wygodnie, ciepło, przytulnie, ładny widok na okolicę, podziemny parking, można dobrze wypocząć. W okolicy ECS, stocznia, blisko do centrum, a praktycznie przy samym obiekcie foodhall Montownia z wieloma knajpkami z dobrym jedzeniem.
Wszystko było ok i na wysokim poziomie. Z drobnostek - przydałaby się zmiotka i jakaś ścierka w kuchni. Poza tym niczego nie brakuje.

Bardzo polecam apartament!!! Wszystko na duży plus. Apartament bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Wszystko co powinno być się w nim znajduje ( odkurzacz, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, suszarka na ubrania, pralka, zmywarka) ogromy balkon i piękne widoki na stocznię. Wokół dużo sklepów bez problemu wszystko można kupić. Na starówkę 10 min pieszo. Ogromnym plusem jest darmowe miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Pobyt bardzo udany wrócimy do apartamentu x pewnością!!

Mieszkanie powinno być lepiej posprzątane - podłoga, bardzo brudne zasłony w sypialni, brudny fotel w salonie, kamień w czajniku, niezbyt dobrze wytarte kurze

Erdvūs apartamentai, netoli centro
Trūksta švaros, iš apartamentų matosi, jog nori tik pinigų uždirbti. Svetainėje fotelis baisus, tikrai trūksta išvalymo. Virtuvėje trūksta paprastų dalykų tokių kaip druska, pipirai. Nebuvo palikta rankšluostuko indams valyti, paliktas rankšluostinis, kuris buvo į pabaigą. Keptuvė jau atgyvenus savo gyvenimą, tikrai reikėtų jai pakeitimo. Vonios kambaryje ir nebuvo švariausia, dušas nelabai gerai išvalytas, kriauklė aplūžus.
