A comfortable stay in a great location, but small details and noise issues slightly affected the experience.

Great location – all the main attractions of Gdańsk are within walking distance, and there’s a FoodHall and a Żabka grocery store nearby. The apartment is bright, with the option to cook and do laundry. Good WiFi and a comfortable bed.

There was no bath mat, and not a single laundry capsule was provided. I don’t agree that a guest staying for just 3–4 nights should be expected to buy a whole pack and leave most of it behind. The bathroom lighting was flickering, and at night in the bedroom/kitchen area there was a very high-pitched sound, seemingly coming from the ventilation. The building is new and modern, but the windows are of poor quality – the sound insulation is not great.

Overall - Amazing stay !

The apartment was modern,cosy and very well equiped(hair dryer,washing machine,iron,dishwasher,cooking pots etc) .The location was great, 5 min walk from the Old Town. The bakery and supermarkets were at the same building. Overall we had an amazing time and I would recommend it to my friends and familly.

Although there was a router in the aprt, the internet wasnt working , we tried many times but there was no connection.

Will CERTAIN find another property when I visit the same place again!!!

1. The location is closed to the train station, which brought us to various day-trip destinations. 2. There are convenience store and sort of bakeries which are easy to get something to eat. 3. The house is clean as described.

1. The lack of communication possibilities with the host. 2. No flexible check-in and it was hard to reach the owner/staff. When we arrived at the place where near the property, we had to seek local people to phone the property because the automatic reply was ONLY in Polish. Which had been a struggle for us since booking this accommodation. I wrote both Email and SMS messages to the property before arrival and didn't have a single reply. I was terrified that we would have to find somewhere to stay after arriving there. This is not the worry ANYONE would like to have before the holidays! 3. The property charged me AFTER CHECKING OUT EXTRA PL150, which equaled 33EURO for NO REASONS GIVEN!! I contacted them but was not surprised - no reply as usual. 4. Even the location was great and the room was neat, but the lack of communication just simply ruined the whole customer journey. If you do not know Polish, I would definitely recommend you to find another property. Having a property that can do better communication will upgrade the trip!!!

Świetny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji

Czysty, zadbany apartament w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji (blisko do PKP, Stoczni, Starego Miasta oraz Montowni). Wszystko co jest potrzebne było na miejscu (pralka, żelazko, przyrządy kuchenne, mikrofalówka, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów). Cisza i spokój, bezpieczna okolica. Na dole apartamentowca jest piekarnia i Żabka. Super obsługa - przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i mogliśmy zostawić walizki.

Bardzo niewygodne łóżko i kanapa. Zdaje sobie jednak sprawę, że to subiektywna ocena i być może ktoś uważa inaczej. Dla nas było mega niewygodnie.

El personal q nos atendió carece de empatía, no están por la labor de ayudar al cliente. Muy secos, le cuesta trabajo responder a las preguntas o no responden. No tiene ropero en la habitación, no hay cafetera, no tienen toallas de mano ni alfombrin de ducha ni portarrollos de papel higiénico. Por alguna razón eliminaron la cortina de la ducha y así se inunda el baño Mobiliario de lo peor, sofá incomodísimo.

Pobyt w obiekcie oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Miejsce jest estetyczne, nowoczesne i dobrze zorganizowane. Dużym plusem było pełne wyposażenie – ręczniki, niezbędne akcesoria, klimatyzacja oraz przytulny balkonik. Winda i inne udogodnienia znacznie podnoszą komfort pobytu. Wnętrza czyste i zadbane. Wszystko, co potrzebne, było pod ręką. Chętnie wrócę w przyszłości!

Jedynym drobnym mankamentem była kabina prysznicowa – częściowa osłonięta szybą, przez co trzeba było bardzo uważać, aby woda nie rozlała się na łazienkę. Niemniej jednak nie wpłynęło to znacząco na komfort pobytu.
