You are right in the heart of Downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is referred to as the Hotel District. Why would you stay at a hotel when you could stay here!? It is perfect for business travelers, those attending corporate functions or exhibitions. For the sports traveler, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Hawks are a walk away. The World of Coco Cola, Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium, Georgia State University and CNN are your neighbors. You're in the Middle of Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations. Around a 5-minute walk to either.
You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home. Check-in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hour concierge that will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please be sure to bring a valid ID. Please notify us if the guest checking is not the individual who booked the room. The concierge will verify that the guest checking in matches the name on the reservation and direct you to your room. You will be provided with a digital door code in the instructions to access your condo. A key fob will be located in the condo for easy entry to the building for the remainder of your stay.

The layout connects the living area, kitchen, and dining space, allowing you to move comfortably between relaxing, preparing meals, and getting work done. Sleeping arrangements
The condo features 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 beds. The bedroom offers a quiet setting for rest, while the additional bed provides flexibility for couples, colleagues, or small groups. Essentials like bed linens, hangers, an iron, and clothing storage in a closet are included to help you settle in comfortably.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

It was a pleasant stay the screen for the balcony needs to replaced due to multiple holes, and the mattress creaks loudly whenever you move. Besides those two issues everything else was good.

The property is well maintained and feeling safe was never an issue. Biggest LIKE was that I had far better/larger accommodations than the rest of the group I was with who chose to stay at the Hyatt diagonally across the street and paid $50-$100 per night more than I did.

This condo was perfect for a quick stay. I enjoyed the screened in balcony while drinking my coffee in the morning. The kitchen has the minimum necessities you will need for a trip, such as dishes and glasses. If you plan on eating in you may want to bring extras like spices and oils. The bed was comfortable and the space was extremely clean. We had easy access to Uber and walked to a few places. Surprisingly quiet as well!

The condo was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.The building was quite and very clean as well. I felt very comfortable during my stay. We were downtown so there are people moving and hanging around the building but that was not an issue. There is parking but you do have to pay...there is secured parking on one side of the building unsecured parking on the other side...we paid $30 a night for secured with in and out priviledges. The host did check to make sure we were good and if we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.
