Peachtree Towers Condos are perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers, families, or a couples get away and this condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a flexible sleeping arrangement for larger groups. The master en-suite bedroom features two twin beds with an additional King bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area for extra guests.

The Neighborhood:
You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call 404-524-4423, and the concierge staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. These steps are required to verify your booking and ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience

The rental was neat and clean, and in walking distance to the GWCC and State Farm Arena which is where we attended the conference. The concierge was very friendly and welcoming.The host is very responsive and addressed any questions and concerns I had.The surrounding area is a little sketchy, though we didn’t have any issues… that’s just ATL. And there’s no on site parking. However, parking wasn’t far at all. The rental is in an older building, so the accommodations are dated and could use some TLC. Overall it met the need and was convenient for our plans.

The host was very quick to get back to us, my review is not about them. The apartment is located centrally, which is good. But it’s literally on a corner with two liquor stores, a lot of homeless people begging, and also several people asking if you want to buy weed every time you walk by. Every. Single. Time. The apartment layout is great. The bed are comfortable. However, we saw multiple cockroaches. We know it’s not the fault of the owner, as the apartment was clean, but renters should be aware of this. Also, there is considerable black mold in the main bathroom. I see a previous reviewer talked about this asthma being triggered by the smell of weed in the hall. I feel like the mold is much more likely to have triggered asthma than the faint smell of weed. All said, the apartment is rundown but nice for a rundown place, if that makes sense. We would not choose to stay here again.
