This 5th floor condo is the obvious choice for your Atlanta vacation or business trip and comfortably sleeps 6 guests in one bedroom with a sofa bed and air mattress for additional friends and family. The bedroom is spacious with two double beds, a flat screen TV and a laptop-friendly workspace. The bathroom is modern with modern fixtures and a bath/shower combo.

The Neighborhood:
You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Concierge: Peachtree Towers is a residential building, and the residents are quiet, but if a neighbor does make too much noise please call 404-524-4423, and the concierge staff will respond and address the issue. Please try to avoid making noise after 8pm.
Trash chutes are located at the end of each hallway.
Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely go back without hesitation and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

This unit was worth the price and was overall decent. The pictures were pretty accurate as to what you are getting. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for 2 to 4 people. There was a problem with the bathtub faucet, which was leaking when we arrived and progressively got worse throughout our stay. This led to a steady stream of hot water coming out of the faucet which was loud and left the bathroom in a constant state of humidity. Because our flight was extremely delayed, we didn't arrive at the unit until around 2 am and our check-in process was rough. The code to enter the unit was not sent prior to us arriving and since it was late at night, the hosts were not responding. Luckily, the hosts left a number to call in case of emergency and after calling that number, we were given the code by someone.If you're looking for a decent place to stay in Atlanta that is close to attractions and MARTA, this is an option that I would recommend. However, if you are looking for a luxurious accommodation with various amenities, seek elsewhere.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were very warming. Only issues are the internet didnt work at all and the shower would get cold after 1 person showered.
