In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 4 bedrooms, a spacious deck, and a relaxing screened porch. Enjoy pristine golf views of Osprey Point Golf Course while being a 10-minute bike ride from the beach!
Walk in and feel right at home! In the living area, you will find high ceilings, a relaxing backdrop, golf views, comfortable seating, and abundant natural light. Enjoy the reading nook, perfect for catching up on a good book or sipping on morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen offers upscale cabinetry, ample counter space, and a center island perfect for preparing your vacation meals. You will also find barstool seating as well as a kitchen table with seating for 6. In the main dining area, you will find seating for 4.
The sunroom offers ample natural light, deck access, and a perfect spot to enjoy the golf views. The home also offers a media room equipped with a television and comfortable seating. You will also find a half-bathroom that is accessible from the hall.
The primary bedroom features golf views, screened porch access, a king-sized bed, and a private primary bathroom. The private primary bathroom offers a double sink vanity, a glass walk-in shower, and a bathtub.
The secondary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a television, a ceiling chair, and golf views. The closest available bathroom is the full bathroom just down the hall. The full bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination.
The third bedroom features 2 twin-sized beds and also has access to the full bathroom down the hall.
