The villa is ideally located between the Gollandières beach and the town centre of Bois-Plage with its shops.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the wooden terrace and the swimming pool.
The open and fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the spacious living area.
Possibility of private parking for a vehicle, everything can be done on foot or by bicycle.
Room 1: 1 double bed x160 with a private bathroom, the room has direct access to the patio.
Room 2: 2 single beds x90 with a private bathroom
Room 3: 1 double bed x160 with a private bathroom
Room 4: 1 double bed x140 with a private bathroom
2 independent toilets.
EXTERIORS:
To protect you from the sun, an electric awning is available on the terrace.
The house is non-smoking.
The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of the pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the pools.
Pets not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is included.
The security deposit of an amount of £500 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
