The Space:
The Centrale of the island of Ré offers you this new villa, accommodating up to 8 people, ideally located between the beach and the shops of Bois-Plage.
Close to the cycle paths, the villa is 500 metres from the popular beach of Petit Sergent.
It is 700m from shops, the market and the town centre.
The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Parking available for 2 vehicles (and street parking possible), with an electric vehicle charging point.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
Spacious living area open to the terrace and swimming pool.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a beautiful view of the swimming pool as well.
Covered outdoor summer kitchen with a separate toilet.
Master Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed 160x200 with private bathroom and toilet.
Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed 140x190.
Bedroom 3 consisting of 2 single beds 80x200 that can be brought together to make a double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 4 ANNEX consisting of a double bed 140x190 with direct access to the terrace and pool.
A private bathroom including a shower and washbasin.
A separate toilet.
The house has an air conditioning system.
The swimming pool is heated from 1 April to 15 October.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the water temperature of swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of swimming pools.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The house is newly refurbished to the very highest specification and clever design. They have thought of everything and it makes for a very comfortable stay. It’s very well equipped for 8 guests and proper cooking.
The house is a 10 minute walk / 3 minute cycle from both the beach in one direction and the centre of the village in the other.
