About this house rental
Exceptional location in Bois-Plage for the Nest villa, designed in 2021 by an architect from Ile de Ré : the island's most beautiful beaches 300m away, renowned market/shopping center 300m away, bike paths nearby.
This bright, single-storey villa with over 200m² of living space can accommodate up to 12 people (10 adults). It is made up of a main house and outbuildings, allowing you to preserve your privacy while sharing the joy of being together.
The south-facing landscaped grounds of 860m², which are not overlooked, offer several areas for relaxation, whether on the various terraces, under the courtyard, or by the pool (8x4m, secured by a roller shutter).
Main house 140m² :
- large south-facing living room opening onto a large garden/pool terrace
- open-plan fitted kitchen
- 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with 160x200 bed and adjoining dressing room, 1 bedroom with 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single 90x200 beds that can be moved closer together)
- 1 bathroom (bath+shower)
- 1 shower room
- 2 separate toilets

Outbuilding 1 (50m²) :
- 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds), both opening onto the bathroom

We all loved the property, so near the beach and market. Perfect position and very relaxing villa.

Our large family group loved this house on our second visit to Isle de Re. The three sleeping areas worked really well coupled with a large central family kitchen dining sofa area. The outdoor dining area was also well used. The house is a perfect location between the village centre and the beach.
