Nice townhouse; well maintained; well-stocked with essentials and extras. We picked it primarily for the 4 bedrooms/4bathrooms for a 3 generations holiday: and we require "real air conditioning" which is not always clear in VRBO listings. This home has splits in each bedroom and in the main living area. Super cool, so to speak! There is a lovely roof top deck with stunning views. The hosts responded immediately and professionally to a minor maintenance request. The neighborhood is quiet and stable, a plus for us.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is conveniently located and close to everything. The property was clean and well maintained. I wish there was a litttle more storage space for clothes etc. but overall my family and I were very comfortable.

This property is very close to Seattle University. Restaurants, parks, and shops are within walking distance. It's very clean, fresh linen was available, and very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, nine adults fit very comfortably here. Would recommend this property.
