• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to all house rules
• A noise monitoring device is installed in the living area
• This is a multi-level townhome and requires the use of stairs
• Propane tanks are provided and may be refilled at the guest’s expense
We are happy to accommodate same-day bookings whenever possible. Please contact us in advance to confirm check-in availability for same-day reservations.
Security and Monitoring Disclosure
Please note the presence of the following devices:
• Doorbell camera at the front entrance
• Security camera located above the garage at the rear of the property
• Noise monitoring device located in the living area
Excessive Trash: The cleaning fee covers normal household waste only. Excessive trash (including extra bags that exceed bin capacity, party/event waste, bulk items, or any garbage requiring additional disposal trips) will incur an additional waste removal fee based on the actual cost of disposal. If a third-party trash removal service is required, a minimum of $150 service fee will apply. An invoice will always be provided for any third-party waste removal service.

House was in a safe part of the city and the house was very clean and well maintained. The owner gave amazing instructions from how to get to the place as well check-in/check-out instructions so everything was wonderful when staying.
There was surprisingly alot of bed space! Even 2 fold out cots. Kitchen was large and spacious so we didnt have to eat out every night. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

My siblings and I stayed there for Thanksgiving week. The house was nice & worked well for us but a few things you should know... my my siblings are not young so know that there are stairs and lots of them! If you have bad knees, feet, etc this might not be the place for you... everything is on a different floor. Also, one of the downstairs bedrooms (the smaller one) has no window so if you are filling all 4 bedrooms, someone might not be thrilled with that. Those are just house facts. Otherwise, the place was clean, nice and had plenty of kitchen stuff... pretty much everything you need. Nice bar cart (handy for our t-giving dinner) and they also have some basic food stuff (spices, coffee, etc). My only issue was there were not enough towels for us... basically one per person, very few washcloths, hand towels.... we emailed to get more and while the owner got the message, nothing was done about it. They did not deliver or even offer to deliver more towels. We were there for 5 days. Otherwise, it was a great place and the owner was quick to respond to emails (but not getting us towels) and was pleasant. It was cold when we were there but the rooftop is fabulous, a great place to hang if the weather cooperates.

The house is nice and as pictured but it was really dirty. There was sticky stuff all over the roof top and dirty counters. The towels were clean but wet out of the dryer. There was no recycling. The dishes were full in the dishwasher. The propane tank was empty and we are supposed to get our own propane. This was not advertised.
