We had a great stay here. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and comfortable for our quick trip to Seattle. Check‑in was simple, communication was clear and friendly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

So clean and updated. 2 kitchens, 2 washer and dryer dry ups. Although the only parking was on the street we had a group of 10, 5 cars, and zero issues. Beds were comfortable and the kitchens stocked just right for just basics. Think one futon was added to the common space downstairs rather than in a room with a queen, but given the space it makes sense. 4 people at a time on the deck kept your time outside intimate. Would definitely rent again.

Good base to travel into Downtown Seattle, bus stop 5 min walk. Shops 5 mins away. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, split over 2 floors
