We enjoyed our stay very much! It was able to accommodate our large family well. The host was very responsive when one of the refrigerators wasn't cold. I wish we had known about station46marina.com. It's very close and rents boats and jet skis. We ended up going much farther for rentals.

Excellent location and house. We had a fantastic time. The house was clean and prepared for us. A lot of trash sitting outside of the house in one location like it was not dumped for a long time. Other than that the property was clean and nice. We would defiantly return to this house.

The home was pretty much as described, with the layout and amenities matching the listing. However, we encountered several issues that detracted from our overall experience.
Firstly, the cleanliness was subpar. There was dust on everything, making our stay uncomfortable. Given that we were charged a large cleaning fee, and I suspect the previous guests were as well, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.
The house has five bedrooms, but only three had closets, and two of those were locked. We had to hang our clothes on bathroom hooks, door knobs, and other improvised spots. Additionally, there was no iron or ironing board available, so if you want one, you will need to bring one.
Upon our arrival, we found a shattered window (just the exterior pane) next to the door. Despite reporting it immediately and following up twice with a photo for documentation, we never received a response from management.
The view from the house was great, and the depth near the boat dock was over my 6-foot nephew's head, indicating it could support a large boat with a deep draft. The only chairs available for the dock were uncomfortable hard folding metal chairs.
The listing indicates there is cable/sattelite. That is not accurate.
In summary, while the house has potential with its layout and scenic view, the cleanliness issues, poor communication from management, and lack of basic amenities like closets and proper seating made our stay less enjoyable
