This beach house is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with items to make it feel like a home away from home. Our family enjoyed our week long stay here as we visited Bethany Beach!

Fantastic home with great community amenities and close to Bethany. Well stocked kitchen w lots of extras. An excellent stay even if the outdoor gas grill needs some TLC. Would return!

Nice house, spacious and well-furnished, perfect for our party of 8. Beach Club is a very nice, newer neighborhood, great location. The pool is great, but some of the rules are strict and were enforced (no playing catch in the pool?)
There were a number of small issues that prevented this from being a 5-star review.
- one of the upstairs bedrooms had a pretty large carpet stain. There were also smaller stains in the downstairs master bedroom.
- the TVs are streaming only which is fine, but they need to be better ready to use. The older smart TV in the smaller upstairs bedroom would not recognize the internet connection. With the help of the property manager, we had to use an Ethernet cable to hardwire to the router to be able to use the TV.
- there is a large Fire TV in the upstairs common area. We were not able to use this TV at all as we could not get any of the remotes to work with it. The property manager could not figure this out either.
- the front door combo lock battery died. We returned from the beach and could not get the front door to open and so we were locked out of the house. I was on hold with Vacasa support for 30 minutes without anyone picking up before I left a message. I also sent a message through the app asking for help. The property manager finally showed up about 45 minutes after I called.
- we could not open or close the garage door from the number pad
- The igniter on the grill did not work and I had to use a lighter to manually ignite it.
