A fantastic 4-bedroom villa. The villa truly lives up to the name of the area, Vista Paraíso. It offers breathtaking views of Mount Teide, the Orotava Valley, and the black-sand beaches of Bollullo, Ancón, and Patos. You’ll enjoy a stay with all the amenities: spacious bedrooms, private parking, a large living room, a pool area, and a garden. Located in a quiet area with easy access to the highway, restaurants, and shopping districts. An ideal place to relax and work—all you’ll hear is the sound of the sea
The house features 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one bedroom with two beds (also with a private bathroom), and another bedroom with a single bed. All bedrooms (except one) have ocean views. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a dishwasher, and there’s a laundry room (with a washer and dryer). It also features a large living room with an extra-large TV and a dining area.
It’s ideal for several families or groups of friends to work and enjoy themselves
The house features several terraces, as well as the pool area (unheated), where there is also a small kitchenette, an indoor dining area, and a half-bath.
The house is located on a cliff, so you’ll need to go up and down stairs, but this is what gives the house its special character and allows it to be in a quiet, privileged location.
It has space for one car in a covered garage and two outdoors.
