About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers you the opportunity to rent l'Escapade, a 100 m² house that can accommodate up to 8 travellers. Situated in a residential area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the location, while still being close to the bustle of the town centre. The house comprises a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), two bathrooms with shower and 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. The flat is ideal for exploring Vannes with family or friends. All you have to do is put down your suitcases and set off to discover the heritage of Morbihan!
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Four bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 king-size bed (180×200) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200). 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival
- Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub
- 2 toilets, one of which is separate
- A beautiful garden of 500 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the house
- Nearest train station : Vannes SNCF (8 min)
- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique (1h15)
