Single-storey apartment, cosy and bright, opening onto a terrace, in a quiet residence, 400 m walk from the Thermal Baths (shuttle stop for the Thermal Baths next to the residence) and 3 min walk from a free shuttle stop to the slopes of Sancy. The apartment has a private parking space in the courtyard of the residence (secured by a barrier with beep).

In a small residence, independent access from the courtyard of the residence, apartment of 39 M2 with wooden terrace.
Closed ski room on the first floor of the residence.

The apartment consists of:

- a pleasant living room with:
- fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine)
- Lovely bright seating area.

- Sleeping:
- Living room: sofa bed with real daily sleeping in 140,
- Bedroom: a 140 bed, storage cupboards and wardrobe.

- Pleasant bathroom with washbasin on furniture, shower and toilet.

Bed linen and toiletries, dish towels not provided.

Fiber connection in progress, WiFi available at the end of April.

Arrivals and departures (inventory of fixtures) are provided by the Conciergerie du Sancy, which also offers several additional services:

Weekly rates:

- July/August: 430€/week
- Winter season (mid-December until the day before the February holidays): 450€/week
- Winter season February school holidays: 575€/week
- Spring holidays: 410€/week
- Low season (April, May, June, September, October, November to mid-December): 370€/week

Minimum reservation 3 nights, 7 nights minimum during school holidays.

Price of the cure (except July/August): 830€ for 3 weeks (contact me so that I can adjust the price before making your payment)
