Cosy apartment, completely new equipment, ideally located in front of the tourist office, the ice rink and the bowling alley, 4 min walk from the hyper centre, the Capucin funicular or the Thermal Baths and free shuttle to the Sancy slopes in front of the residence. Parking right next door.
In a small residence, on the 1st floor without elevator, apartment of 53 M2 with balcony, unobstructed view of the Puy Gros and the large waterfall.
Closed ski room on the first floor of the residence.
The apartment consists of:
> a pleasant living room with:
- fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, pretty crockery...)
- Nice seating area.
> Bathroom with double sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.
> Separate toilet.
> Sleeps:
- In the living room: a large sofa bed with real daily sleeping in 160,
- Bedroom: a beautiful bedroom with a 160 bed,
- Cabin room: bunk beds in 90.
It also has large cupboards in the entrance and a wall wardrobe in the bedroom.
Childcare equipment available (baby bath, bath seat, booster seat for chair, new travel cot with mattress).
Bed linen and toiletries, dish towels not provided.

Arrival between 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm (late arrivals possible)
Maximum check-out 12 noon
Arrivals and departures (inventory of fixtures) are provided by the Conciergerie du Sancy, which also offers several additional services:

- Bed linen rental 15€/bed
- Towel rental 5€/person...
Weekly rates:
- July/August: 553€/week
- Winter season (mid-December until the day before the February holidays): 602€/week
- Winter season February school holidays: 756€/week
- Spring holidays: 500€/week
- Low season (April, May, June, September, October, November to mid-December): 455€/week
Minimum 7-night reservation:
- school holiday period
Price of the cure (except July/August): 1020€ for 3 weeks (contact me so that I can adjust the price before making your payment)

L'appartement est très confortable dans l'ensemble : beau séjour avec superbe cuisine, belle chambre mais la chambre cabine est très étroite (uniquement pour des enfants). Idéalement situé, près du centre et des Thermes. Au premier étage donc dégagé de la route qui passe devant, la vue s’étend sur la forêt en face du séjour. Lieu idéal pour découvrir la région.

Rien à redire. Appartement agréable, calme et propre. Cadre magnifique, très bon emplacement.
