Beautiful 33m² T3 apartment (classified 2*) with private terrace of 25m², located 400M from the Thermal Baths and the hyper center of MONT-DORE.

It consists of a pleasant living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster...), all facing WEST and opening onto a small balcony and below, a large terrace. The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a 110cm single bed and a 116cm television.
A first bedroom with a double bed 160cm, with a 102cm television with a Bluray player and a second bedroom with bunk beds (90cm).
A bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, toilet and washing machine.
The entire accommodation has plenty of storage space and equipment (travel cot with foam mattress, baby bath, high chair, raclette machine, pierrade, soup machine, hairdryer, dryer, a second fridge with freezer, books, DVD, board games...
Private garage (In case of snow in the street, the garage may not be accessible (municipal by-law))
The accommodation has ski/boot storage located under the apartment.
