At home, sip coffee on the dock or lie back on the swinging bed to nap in the breeze. The spacious, L-shaped front porch offers multiple seating choices for afternoon happy hours with friends and family.
The sunny living area features an open layout and vaulted ceilings for an airy ambiance and comes well-appointed for contemporary home comfort. The full kitchen features all the major appliances and cookware you'll need for convenient home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The living room features plush seating and a smart TV for family-friendly entertainment. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely love staying in Windham, it always feels like home. The house was open, clean with my large bedrooms. Property is surrounded by wildlife, fishing dock, and the porch areas. Two large screened in porches. The porch bed swing was my favorite to relax and read or nap. Would stay there again anytime!

Nice walkable location to marinas and walking trails, sidewalks, bike and golf trails. Home had everything needed to cook a meal, soft-clean linens and great wildlife viewing from the porch! Restaurants in the area are so-so but Charleston is only 45 minutes away!

I loved the feeling of being in a treehouse. Absolutely beautiful feeling in this cottage. We made amazing memories with our grand sons.
