This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this house and the location. We had a wonderful time in Edisto. All of the amenities offered was nice also.

This home is immaculate! Updated nicely, bright, and very spacious. Our families have been coming to Edisto Island for 35-40 years. This is by far one of our favorites! The only thing we missed was not having an upstairs screened-in porch. However, there is one under the unit. For anyone having stayed on the island, every unit has its "bugs" (inside and out)...this unit had NONE. We will be staying again in the future!!
