About this apartment rental
This 2 BR/2BA condo (1300 sqft) is stocked with everything you need to make Edisto Island feel like home. Welcome to Oak Ridge Resort on Edisto Island where a “Change in Attitude” is guaranteed. Golfin’, Fishin’, Beachin’ Everyday
Located on the south end of the island, this two bedroom, first floor condo is surrounded by amenities, minutes from the beach and has a beautiful view up the 4th fairway of Plantation Golf Course.

Space
Living Space - The main living area has been recently updated with contemporary furnishings, (none of that 1970’s early goodwill décor here !) a sleeper sofa, a large dining table, access to the large screened-in porch with a newly added swing sofa and of course a flat screen TV with streaming capabilities- Hulu / ESPN / Disney
Kitchen – The updated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bay window provides beautiful views of the golf course while you are doing dishes. (Just kidding, there is a dishwasher).The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and a few simple luxuries like a steam pot for shrimp, beer glasses and a margarita pitcher. There is even a wet bar for additional storage.
Bedrooms - Both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms with updated cabinets and fixtures. The first bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and direct access to the screened-in porch. The second room has two double beds and its own wall mounted flat screen TV.
Plantation Golf Course – Pro shop is located across the road from Ella & Ollie’s Restaurant. If you plan on playing multiple rounds, a TPC Club Membership ($50) will save you 30 % per round. From the porch, you can see the 4th Green.
Beach Chair / Umbrella Rentals – The resort Amenity Pass will get you access to the showers and restrooms at the Cabana Beach.
Bike Rentals – You guessed it, Water’s Edge Café
We just re arranged the porch and put up a swing set which allows you to enjoy the seating more.
(2 adults and 1 child ( max weight is 500 lbs).
All Amenities are being managed by Wyndham and the fee for a week is $250 .
The door code will be provided prior to the arrival day .

This was a very nice, roomy condo inside of the beautiful Edisto resort. We did have some issues with the wifi not working, but the owner was very responsive in trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Floors needed to be vacuumed, but otherwise the place was clean, plenty of towels, nice bathrooms, and comfortable beds. We would stay there again for sure.

I’ve stayed in these once time-share properties since the late 80’s and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. This unit is recently remodeled, is spacious and accommodating. We had family drop by one day and spent the entire day on the most comfortable porch you can imagine. Another day brought a guest from nearby Beaufort and we were able to accommodate her with a separate bed and bath. Everything was immaculately clean (very comforting). Extremely well appointed, I brought several incidentals only to find the owner had anticipated my needs in cooking, cleaning, etc. Check in only received 4 stars due to an omission by VRBO - not the owner. I still had not received an access code by the time I arrived, but a quick text to the owner resolved that.This is my new first and only choice when traveling to Edisto going forward.
