Number Two The Dunes, provides the perfect getaway for those who want to walk to beautiful Fingal Bay beach and have access to all the facilities such as pool and tennis court. Free NBN Wifi.
The unit consists of open plan living/ dining which flows through to the huge balcony with Weber BBQ facility and overlooking the pool and tennis court, large main bedroom with ceiling fan and balcony access, 2nd bedroom with trio bunk and single bed. Fantastic kitchen with caesar stone benchtops, dishwasher and self close drawers/ cupboards. The bonus of Wifi and location make this the perfect beach getaway, park the car and forget the hassles of traffic.

Fingal beach is a glorious white sand beach tucked under Fingal Head.
This family-friendly, patrolled surf beach is perfect to catch a wave, catch a fish, or just catch a sunrise on your early morning walk or for a relaxing Sunday afternoon drink overlooking the beach.
Fingal spit is a sand spit that links the mainland to Fingal Island. The island is still accessible by boat and well worth taking a cruise which includes a fully guided nature walk visiting an Aboriginal fish trap lagoon, as well as Point Stephens Lighthouse and ruined caretakers cottage.
If you drive to the end of the beach and on the headland you will find a whale watching platform. Whales pass by May to November.
Fingal beach is one of the most photographed locations in Port Stephens.
Pets are NOT welcome at this property.
The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbors, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
A $300 Security Deposit (pre-authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit is offered.
All guests are required to complete our secure online guest agreement prior to your arrival. As part of this process, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence) and complete credit card pre-authorization. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. Key collection will be from LJ Hooker Nelson Bay
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.
The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Stayed in these units 20 years ago. And although aged, still in good order.
The unit is spacious, and clean. New kitchen. And the beds were all very comfortable.
Wonderful location. Great pool. Walking distance to beach, coffee and wedding we were attending.

Great location in Fingal Bay. Comfy beds. Mostly really nice and clean. A few minor inconveniences that i let the property manager know about. Wifi provided but patchy, so i wouldn't rely on it. Tennis court and pool were great (although we didn't swim in the pool - too cold!).
