Impressive second floor apartment on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort with a fantastic sized terrace. The property looks directly into a lovely communal garden and pool area and is within a 30 second walk of the town centres facilities and a 2-3 min walk to the large well stocked supermarket.
There is full Gas Central Heating and full AC throughout
The accommodation is fully equipped with the following: lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, covered parking the same building, 1 TV/Satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French etc), DVD player.
The kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and toaster are provided.
With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!
The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.
The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.

We booked for the first time with Murcia Holiday Rentals and we were not disappointed. The communication was excellent and any questions were answered immediately. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The position was great and near the fantastic pools as well as being near the town centre. One of the blinds wasn’t working but this was put right as soon as we told the office and the man who came was friendly and efficient. We are definitely going to book again for next year and would highly recommend this apartment
