Casa Tintotera- A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

I liked the location and the spaciousness of the property. I also like the fact that our bedroom had an overhead fan rather than air conditioning which I find too cold. The kitchen was a good size and the company in charge of the property were extremely polite and very quick to respond to any issues which arose which we greatly appreciated. A lot of thought had gone into making our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. For example, we had two folding scooters for our use, a clothes dryer for hanging our wet towels and swim wear on and multiple loungers for use by the pool. It's this attention to detail which makes customers feel welcome.

I have to say that I was shocked to find that, not until after the booking was made, were we informed that a 115 Euro cash deposit was needed for the cleaning of the property to be left in the apartment upon leaving. This apartment must have some rather sloppy and very careless customers to charge such fees to clean a two bedroom apartment! For 115 Euros I would expect the apartment to be in excellent cleanliness upon arrival which, I have to say, it wasn't. I think such fees need to be made clear BEFORE people make their booking as I might have considered other alternatives had I known beforehand.
