At sunrise you will find a direct view of the pool and terrace, with built-in benches, sun loungers and large parasol. On the terrace overlooking the pool, a shaded barbecue area including a pizza oven, an equipped outdoor kitchen, fridge, plancha, gas and sink is the perfect place to have lunch or cook in order to spend an evening outdoors.
Inside the house, the kitchen and dining room are welcoming and are adjoining a living area with two large sofas and a TV with many international channels and WIFI.
Each of the three bedrooms includes air conditioning, comfortable mattresses, bedding and storage/wardrobe space.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower/sink and toilet. The other bedrooms share a bathroom including a sink/toilet and shower.
Back outside, a large raised terrace offers a shaded chill-out area with lovely views of the garden and pool below, and a central dining table perfectly placed to watch the kids and sip a chill cocktail.
The warm waters and pristine Arenal Beach are less than 2.5 km away, making a trip to the beach an easy affair. Rocky beaches are more your style?
