About this villa rental
The villa is located in Javea, a small seaside town, between Alicante and Valencia.
Outside the villa
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with plants and flowers. There is a large covered terrace with dining table for 10 people, a seating area with wicker furniture and a table tennis table.
You can also enjoy the terrace next to the gas plancha or the one next to the pool where there are sun loungers and a gazebo.
At the back of the house, taking a spiral staircase, you access a roof terrace from where you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the Montgo.
Inside the Villa

- 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning
- 3 bathrooms/showers
- a completely renovated kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, steamer and air conditioning
- a completely refurbished laundry room with washing machine, dryer, access to the garden to dry laundry, ironing board and iron, sink.
The interior of the house was repainted in 2023 and the electricity redone and compliant.
It is also possible to rent the house for 6 or 4 people. Contact us for more information and we will tailor the rates to your needs.
Things to do and visit in the area:
You will find nearby, the sea, its coves and its sandy beach at the Arena, the Javea golf course, many walks with magnificent views, a marina, a fishing port, the pueblo (the old town), you have access to many water sports including sea kayaking, padel, tennis, markets (craft and more classic), many restaurants, villages and walks to discover.

By plane, land either in Alicante or Valencia.
From these airports, to reach the villa, you have to count by car:
From Alicante: about 1h15 drive
From Valencia: about 1h30 drive
In front of the villa there is a private parking lot to park your car.
We work with a manager who specialises in welcoming holidaymakers. She will welcome you and explain everything in French, English, German or Spanish.
A security system is present in the neighborhood with several rounds per day. This allows you to spend a holiday in peace and not to suffer from noise pollution.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or book some in advance.
It is a very beautiful place where we love to spend holidays to recharge our batteries. We wish you just as much pleasure.
