We had a great holiday here and it had everything we needed. The cleanliness let it down along with the quality of the sheets. I felt it was a more expensive price and yet the sheeting was warehouse quality. There was also black dog hair everywhere, on all the chairs and all the mattress protectors. It is a property that allows dogs but I was surprised at the amount of dog hair. I wouldnt book here again.

Lovely sunny property with sea views in front and rural views behind in the quieter part of Waimarama, everything that we needed and plenty of space for teens. Great communication, loved our stay.
