For a truly wonderful vacation, we invite you to stay at our vacation rental.
The apartment features 3 cozy rooms with a view of the canals of New Venice, set in a uniquely idyllic green setting in Berlin’s Köpenick district.
The living room is equipped with a kitchenette featuring an oven, induction cooktops, a refrigerator, a dining area, and a TV corner.
The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a large wardrobe, a large double bed, and comfortable seating
.
Our quiet, family-friendly guesthouse makes even a longer stay a pleasant experience.
The residential area is quietly situated near water and woods on the outskirts of Berlin and boasts excellent infrastructure. Easily accessible by bus via the S3 or RE1 lines, you can reach almost all major destinations in Berlin and Potsdam without having to transfer.
5 bicycles are available for free use. 1 kayak and 2 new two-person kayaks are included. A 30 PS motorboat is available upon request.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this charming little garden house. Being on the water was lovely, while we enjoyed dinner on the outside patio and watched swans float by. We were given privacy by nearby neighbors as we came and went and after spending busy days in Berlin it was so nice to get a bit outside of the city and unwind at this super cozy gem.

This place was gorgeous. It was just far enough out of Berlin to make it quiet and peaceful and just close enough to make it convenient. The owners were perfect. They were attentive to our needs and issues.

loved our stay outside of Berlin in this little "venice" style neighborhood. we loved taking the kayaks out on the canals and lazily paddling through the houses. the house is very clean and close to the zoo and Berlin city center. our host was very accommodating and cant wait to host them when they make it to the states.
