The bungalow-style vacation home is located on a 400 m² lot, which is available for your use.

1 living room (open-concept) with a couch (which can be used as a sleeper sofa for 2 people), TV, electric heating, and a massage chair
1 bedroom with a double bed (1.40m wide) and a wardrobe
1 fully equipped kitchen with a dining area
1 bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rack
portable electric heater
The house is designed to accommodate 2 overnight guests; a couch in the living room allows for a total of 4 people to stay.
Day visitors must be registered in advance, as higher electricity, water, and sewage costs are to be expected.
Inside the house, a TV, as well as a collection of games and books, provide entertainment.
Outdoors, a covered patio, various seating areas, a swing chair, sun loungers, and a portable grill contribute to your relaxation.
One parking space is available on the property; additional spaces are available on the street (about 50 meters away).
Bicycles are available for rent free of charge.
Construction work is currently underway on the neighboring property, though it is temporarily on hold.
The vacation home is located in the water-rich Neu-Venedig neighborhood, but not directly on the water.
The Neu-Venedig area is a blue-and-green paradise in Berlin-Rahnsdorf, in the southeastern district of Köpenick. The Müggelspree branches out into a 5-kilometer network of numerous tributaries, offering many canals that invite you to take a boat or canoe trip through the residential and weekend community.
From here, you can take trips to nearby Müggelsee, try out various water sports there, or relax at the beach. It takes just under 15 minutes by bike to reach your destination.
The Berlin-Wilhelmshagen, Berlin-Rahnsdorf, and Erkner train stations are just a few minutes away by car. From there, you can reach Berlin and explore the capital by water and by land.
The Brandenburg towns in the surrounding area—such as Erkner, Woltersdorf, Schöneiche, Grünheide, and Fürstenwalde/Spree—are also worth exploring.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem, niedlichen, sauberen kleinen Gartenhäuschen unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Wirtin war sehr nett, hundefreundlich, hilfsbereit und vorallem auskunftsfreudig.
