Very very friendly people and could use all facilities as described. I washed some clothes and was able to use the whole kitchen to prepare dinner and make delicious coffees. The location is perfect as well; quiet but almost everything one needs is in the neighborhood. I even got some homemade cake after my arrival and they gave me a key to the front door so I could go in and out without disturbing the hosts.

The garden wasn't really neat at the moment but in winter time I can understand that. It still looked very cozy though!

The room was good, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. It was a good place to spend the night, and it was also convenient that I was able to leave my luggage at the property after check-out. Unfortunately, the communication with the hosts was not very pleasant. I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication. However, I don't think that justifies being shouted at or spoken to in raised voices. The entire conversation initially took place in German, which I do not speak or understand. Afterwards, the female host tried to communicate with me in English and Polish and was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the male host was quite different.

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience communicating with the hosts. From the moment I arrived, I was spoken to in a raised and unpleasant tone because I had arrived alone rather than with a boyfriend, and because I arrived at 18:01 instead of 15:00. However, I had never said I was coming with a boyfriend, nor had I confirmed that I would arrive at 15:00. I had only asked through Booking whether it was possible to add another guest and whether earlier check-in around 15:00 was possible. I was clarifying my options, not confirming anything. I could not make changes to the booking myself, so I contacted the hosts to ask what was possible. They later explained that I could make an additional booking and receive a larger room. I did not make this booking because I was only asking whether adding a guest was possible and considering my options; I had not made a final decision. There was also an issue regarding my document. The hosts questioned why Poland was listed as the destination and seemed surprised when they saw my Ukrainian passport. My nationality is correctly stated in my Booking profile, while my Polish details are there because I permanently live in Poland. There was nothing inconsistent about my booking. I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding, but I don't think it justifies being spoken to in a raised voice. The conversation initially took place in German, which I do not speak or understand. The female host later communicated with me in English and Polish and was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the male host was quite different. The hosts had prepared a double bed by putting two single beds together to make my stay with a “boyfriend” nice, although I had never requested this. After a long journey, I simply wanted to rest rather than be questioned about arriving alone, at 18:01, or about my different address. My recommendation is to clearly distinguish between a question and a confirmation.
