ONLY QUIET AND RESPECTFUL PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED. Beautiful furnished studio of 67 m2. Ideal for students, professionals and workers, for long periods of time. It has a large work room with table and sofa. There is also a double room and a large wardrobe, a small kitchen for meals, television, free Wi-Fi and a complete bathroom with shower. It also has a small outdoor terrace for breakfast or reading. The area is very central, next to Plaza Molina and the Metropolitan, with all nearby services, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, supermarkets, etc. Just 3 km from the Barceloneta Beach.
