Communication great around checkin. Friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, no outside interruptions. Other guests could be more considerate during the night / early morning, perhaps signage staying "quiet hours" might help?
Room lovely, handy location for the city. Travelled alone, felt safe in apartment and surrounding area.

The person who welcomed me into the building was absolutely lovely, helpful and so welcoming!
The space is a room inside a five bedroom apartment with two pretty nice bathrooms and the kitchen with everything you need to store food and cook for yourself to save money on a trip. The bed was comfortable and the worker came back in the middle of the stay to change my sheets.
The owner was also really helpful giving directions.
