- Utilities: €6/day for up to 2 guests. +2€/day for extra guests (paid separately via our app)
- Towels & sheets: 1 set per person included (extra sets €15). Beach towels not provided
- Cleaning fee covers final cleaning at the end of stay
- In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly tourist stays. It is not suitable for stays related to work, study, or medical purposes. Guests will be required to provide documentation confirming arrival and departure dates from the city. The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.
- Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).
- A damage deposit of €800 must be paid upon arrival (Online). This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.
- If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.
- Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).
- Parties and smoking are strictly forbidden at all times. Noise is not allowed after 8 pm.
- Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.

From our first enquiries by email and throughout the booking procedure, we experienced good communication with Manager, Pol and Check-in Agent, Monica.
We got on the Aerobus outside Barcelona Airport, which took us to within 1 block from the apartment. By arrangement, we were met at the apartment by Monica, who was quick to make us welcome, informed us of the services available and told us a bit about the area and facilities close by.
The apartment was clean and tidy and exactly as described and it had all the facilities that the 4 of us would ever need for our very pleasant stay.
We really enjoyed being located right in Barcelona City, where we were very close to the shops, restaurants and transport and could enjoy the unique Spanish culture. Having done our research prior to our arrival, we were not surprised to experience the sound of people enjoying their late coffee outside in the restaurants well into the early hours of the morning, however after a day of sightseeing in the beautiful Barcelona weather, we didn't need any 'rocking' to get to sleep!
We would highly recommend this rental apartment as being great value for people who are looking for a great comfortable location at a very reasonable cost.
