We absolutely loved our stay here! It reminded us of being in a treehouse, and it was so clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and warm, and the area is covered so we were able to soak in it during a rain storm (super relaxing!). The check-in process is a lengthy one with a couple extra steps than I was used too, but it can all be done online to make it go quicker. The company is also extremely quick with responses so any questions I had were answered almost immediately. My only complaint (which isn’t much of one since we only used them a few times) is about the chairs. The only tv is in the “living room” area, but the chairs in front are not very comfortable. There isn’t much room to push them backwards so I felt I was looking up at the tv, and there is only one cube ottoman so reclining was not very possible. Other than that, 5/5 stars and will be staying through this company in the future!

The cabin was prefect for the few days we were there, location is great proximity to Gatlinburg & PigeonForge, roads are typical for the mountains (4x4 not needed, but I'm guessing in winter months it's needed)! I would suggest a couple plastic cups, especially since there is a hot tub.

Great company to deal with. We found a cockroach under the sink, and the loft needed a deep cleaning. They don’t wash bedding that doesn’t look used, which is a little gross. We had a great stay, but wouldn’t liked a little more attention to detail with the housecleaning. Our car bottomed out in the driveway, so maybe some work needs done there also.
