Great little apartment but needs a little TLC

The proximity to the beach and the town were excellent

Needs a bit of work doing to it… a lick of paint, the shower door needs fixing, handles missing off kitchen cupboards, dust on the ornaments etc

Super location with plenty of possibilities

Super location: close to nice private and public beaches, railway station with easy access to Genova, Portofino and Cinque Terre. The village had numerous good restaurants in all price ranges. The appartement is well organised with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The garage is a convenient extra to safely store car and bikes.

Lovely time in Sestri Levante.

Proximity to the beach was important for us. The property has fantastic air conditioning and being on the ground floor made it easy for us to bring in luggage.

The property has a very small kitchen, difficult to cook for a family.

Hosts were very friendly. When we asked about the check-in postpone they agreed to wait additional hour. It was easy to communicate with them. Furniture does not look new and it seems that many old furniture were transferred there. However, pictures on the walls and small figures around make a place pretty cosy and nice for vacation. Also, some things are nicely thought out, such as scented paper on the shelf or dishwasher detergent. The location is great and the garage is personal and closed on the key we were given.

When we arrived some places on the floor in apartment were wet so I assume it was cleaned. However some parts were covered in dust and tufts of dust flew after making the bed. I need to make a bed again because it was very hard. Also please pay attention that it is 140 cm wide, maybe you would also prefer another type of pillows.

Long weekend 5 Terre

Excellent location. Close to the beach and also to the train station (if you're planning on visiting 5 Terre). Easy communication with staff. Great having the possibility of a private parking spot. We only stayed a few days and most of the time out of the apartment, but there were all the necessary amenities even for a long stay.

The double bed was too narrow, aprox. 140cm. The sliding doors of the balcony were hard to open/lock.

Ne wieder in diese Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung war zwar nur 5 Minuten vom Strand und 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, jedoch sind das Appartement und der Balkon total, d.h.den ganzen Tag im Schatten - keine Morgensonne - keine Abendsonne.Die Autobox war überstellt mit privaten Handwerksmaterialien, sodass ich nur auf einer Seite ganz vorsichtig aussteigen konnte, um die Garage verlassen zu können. Für sensible SchläferInnen ist das Appartement nicht geeignet wegen der zu nahe vorbeifahrenden Züge, auch nachts. In der Wohnung schockierten mich der Geruch von feuchter Luft und die schimmlige Außenwand zur Balkonseite, die ebenfalls schimmligen Aubewahrungskörbe im Schlafzimmer, auch die Matratze fühlte sich wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit eiskalt an. Weiters - schlechter, muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer, vergilbte Schränke mit miesem Geruch beim Öffnen - auch der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit zu verdanken. Ich hatte ursprünglich für 3 Wochen gebucht und bin nach einer Woche ausgezogen,, weil ich nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Nachdem der Vermieter, trotz Beweisfotos und Besichtigung durch eine Angestellte, mir nur die Tourismusabgabe rücherstattete, legte ich bei Booking com Beschwerde ein und warte auf eine kulante Lösung.

Non è tutto oro ciò che luccica!

La vicinanza a tutti i luoghi di mio interesse, mare, centro, Ferrovia, etc. Inoltre, il complesso dove è situato l’appartamento e il box auto.

Diverse cose non sono state di mio gradimento inerente l’appartamento, per iniziare non è tutto proprio nuovo come da foto pubblicizzate, l’appartamento andrebbe rimodernato e tante cose sostituite e implementate. Faccio riferimento al condizionatore in cucina che non serve a nulla, alle zanzariere mancanti. La cucina è molto usata le maniglie gran parte rotte.. il letto molto piccolo 140X200 cm.. con testata sporca e vecchia. Le pareti tutte crepate, la cabina doccia da rivedere perché le porte sono rotte e non ben funzionanti. Inoltre, mancano le pattumiere per fare la differenziata. Chiudo con il rumore dei treni continuo fino a tarda notte e di primo mattino. Insomma rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere!

Anche se il tempo non è stato dei migliori, Sestri è sempre stupenda

Posizione fantastica, appartamento bello e dotato di tutto l occorrente. Posto auto sicuro e comodo. Molto soddisfatta della scelta

Consiglierei di far trovare l appartamento caldo soprattutto nei mesi dove il tempo è molto ballerino... Nonostante le pompe di calore al massimo ci abbiamo messo tanto a raggiungere una temperatura confortevole soprattutto per il bambino.... Poi una volta caldo, l appuntamento era perfetto.

Ein toller Aufenthalt,wäre da nicht das Ärgernis mit dem Versuch Extragebühren einzufordern gewesen.

Die Check-In und -Out Modalitäten mit sehr kleinen Zeitfenstern von 2 bis 3 Stunden sind alles andere als kundenfreundlich, weil außerhalb dieser Zeiten unangemessen hohe Zusatzgebühren anfallen. Konkret beim Check-out zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr werden 30 Euro verlangt oder gar 40 Euro zwischen 5 und 7 Uhr. Dafür zeichnet die Immobilienfirma PCM Globe, die dieses Handling in den von ihr verwalteten Unterkünften anwendet. Nach Rücksprache mit booking entsprechen die Zusatzkosten beim FRÜHEN CHECK-OUT NICHT den Vereinbarungen.

Dietro una curva il mare☺️

La posizione è molto comoda per andare in spiaggia e fare passeggiate nel lungomare che è molto molto bello. L'appartamento è disposto molto bene ed è l'ideale per una coppia singola, con un figlio o piccolo cane come nel nostro caso. Il terrazzo è veramente grande e vivibile in relazione al tempo! Il garage è una chicca in quei posti!

I soprammobili, barche etc che raccolgono polvere ed hanno bisogno di cure ma soprattutto danno molto fastidio in una casa vacanza dove porti la tua roba ma non sai dove metterla! La pulizia è molto da migliorare. Aggiustare tutte le cose rotte: porta box doccia, serrature finestre e cambiare le batterie. Curare di più la biancheria: asciugamani vecchi, lenzuola grandi per un letto piccolo e infine non ci sono coperte, Manuale informazioni sporco e non esaustivo infatti le informazioni non bastavano a me e neanche all'host Infine volevamo passare direttamente dal garage all'abitazione ma l'host ci ha detto che non era possibile contrariamente a quanto letto anche nelle recensioni.

AVEC LA BOX WIFI ET LE GOOGLE CHROME CAST QUI ETAIT RACCORDE A LA TV J'AI MEME PU REGARDER LES CHAINES FRANÇAISES PAR RENVOI DE MON SMARTPHONE SUR L'ECRAN DE TELE. EN FAIT, L'APPARTEMENT SEMBLE ETRE LA RESIDENCE SECONDAIRE DES PROPRIETAIRES QUI DOIVENT L'OCCUPER PAR MOMENTS DANS L'ANNÉE. CE QUI EXPLIQUE QU'ON S'Y SENT COMME A LA MAISON. IL Y A MEME UN REVEIL AVEC PROJECTION AU PLAFOND QUE J'AI BIEN APPRECIE ET PAS COMPLIQUE A PROGRAMMER. L'HOTEL CELESTE SITUE JUSTE EN FACE POSSEDE UN RESTAURANT QUI DONNE DERRIERE FACE A LA MER ET PROPSE DES PLATS SUCCULENTS A PRIX RAISONNABLE. IL Y A AUSSI JUSTE A COTE UN PETIT COMMERCE D'ALIMENTATION QUI DEPANNE BIEN.
