Very close to main attractions, good amenities.
Parking is a big plus- please consider the access to it and the garage is very very tight (small car).
Easy access, clear instructions.
We were asked to take out our garbage at the end of the stay, at a couple of streets from the actual place. As a tourist, it is unpleasant on your last day, with luggages, car, etc to have to walk around the streets also with garbage.
We were provided with only 1 set of towels per person for a 4-days stay.
Maybe a cold bottle of water in the fridge would have been appreciated at arrival.

Compact, modern, comfortable apartment for two in a nice building. Well equipped. Air con. Washing machine. Good wifi. Quiet. Responsive owner. Central location so easy to walk everywhere but underground parking garage close by if you come with a car - very narrow streets to navigate!
Juliet balcony faces a wall so no view. Unusual electronic door entry system. You need to have a smart phone to be able to use.

Équipements complets et bien pensés.
Appartement très agréable, spacieux et bien décoré.Situé en plein coeur historique de Séville.
Pour les touristes venant en voiture, l'accès est très difficile car rues très étroites et peu simples à circuler surtout si vous avez un véhicule large.
Le parking est un vrai plus mais à déconseiller pour un véhicule de taille importante (SUV...).

Llegar con el coche es francamente complicado. No se puede parar para dejar o cargar las maletas y recoger la llave del parking. La llave virtual no funcionaba bien y pudimos entrar en el edificio aprovechando que salía un vecino. La plaza de aparcamiento es de muy difícil acceso y tan estrecha que no pudimos abrir la puerta y tuvimos que salir por el maletero. Devolver las llaves fue igualmente complejo
