A comfortable apartment, with a huge very comfortable double bed! Nicely decorated, in a new building, in a very nice area of Sofia. It has its own dedicated spacious parking spot in an underground garage. There is a balcony with a partial mountain view in the 1st floor apartment that we stayed. There are 2 big smart TV’s in the living room and the bedroom as well, with access to Netflix for guests. That was appreciated as guest access is not common in other rental apartments. There is also a fast charging point for EV’s , by Fines charging, about 200 meters down the road. The hosts were quick to respond and gave precise instructions.

We did not encounter any problems. Just a couple of minor suggestions: A microwave oven and an astray at the balcony would be appreciated. The parking garage door appears to stay open all the time. Did not bother us though. Regarding the price, it was rather pricey, compared with other apartments in the district, without having a similar high-rise view. It goes some way to make it up by offering plenty of room space instead.
