Island Tower 2203 by Youngs Suncoast

I loved the room and its view was amazing.

I saved up for months to get a nice place on the beach. I’m handicap and have to use a cane or a walker to even walk and get around so it was nice to get a place on the beach. Well on the first night we was made to park across the street in a dirty parking lot bc my husband truck couldn’t fit on the top levels. Only small vehicles was allowed on the 2nd floor. The 2nd night we was able to park there but woke up to a citation because we wrote on our room tag with a pen like it said too. But the security guard said that it wasn’t good enough and that we had to do it with a sharpie. Why would we pack a sharpie with us to the beach? So we fixed that and that night the same thing we had to park across the street. Remind you I can’t walk far at all. It was very painful so my husband called people over our room and they was supposed to look into it and told us they would call the main owner of the condo. The next day I was left a voicemail saying to park upstairs there was handicap up there, and it was close to the elevator! Let me remind you again my husbands truck wouldn’t fit upstairs. We call the next morning and the lady informs us the owner told them that we COULD fit. We told them that we would like them to come down and watch us, Try to go underneath the pole and that they could pay to have it the scratches fixed on my husband‘s truck once we do. It was like no one was listening to us. The last night there the lady security guard walks up to me while I’m laying on the couch waiting for my husband to walk me up to the elevator asked me if we had to park across the road again I told her yes she said that day that she talked to management because she felt bad for me the whole trip because how I had to park across the road almost the whole time. I explained to her how I even called to try to get something done and they wouldn’t listen to me and told us that we could fit underneath there when we definitely couldn’t fit and the first security guard.
