Hotel was ideally located for access to parks, thermal spas etc. Slightly out of centre but access to transport facilities was very good. Staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms well set up with microwave, hob etc. if you wanted to use as a self-catering base
The hotel seemed to charge for all extras e.g. despite there being a nice espresso machine in the room, there was a charge of €2 per pod that you wanted to use. This was despite paying the full price for the weekend. A bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Really nice hotel with fantastic rooms and very clean. Staff were outstaying, Alexandra was very helpful.

the staff were excellent special mention to Alexandria who went above and beyond while I arrived with an injury. Facilities were great (had a gym), very clean, comfortable and quiet.
There’s not much around food wise, you’ll have to venture out to get food or groceries like fruits, water etc
