bed was alright, there were plenty of charging spots in the room, quiet at night, no bad smells. i would reccomend it for the value and location

check in was confusing, there were 2 entrances, on both I went up to first floor then down again. instructions say to look for some door with a word on it that never existed. i asked a women i saw around where is the reception and she said with a very tired look on her face "its here, what do you need". i told her my name, she checked her records and put me in some random room with way to many beds initially. i remind her it was not a shared room that i booked but a double one and she acts like she doesnt want to be there at all. once i was in my room there was a wobbly fan WITHOUT the protective metal on top, very dangerous and could have accidentally get your hand in. just very stupid, who thought of leaving that there as a functioning fan?? the shower water took forever to get hot (or cold), seemed like the adjustment never really worked as it should at all.

Really spacious room and very friendly staff

The room was quite modest, but located in a well-designed and tastefully decorated house, with nice outdoor premises, which the guests would definitely appreciate in warmer times. There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen with a dinner table. It was nice to meet the hospitable flexible receptionist. The location is not in the center, but was fully suitable for my purposes. It is easy to find and the directions of the owner were perfect.

On the down side (a very-very bad thing) is that it was not possible to connect to Wi-Fi. I came late, so I didn't think I should wake up the receptionist, and I used my mobile connection, which inflicted extra charges from my phone operator. As for the cleanliness, it was not perfect. The room looked nice, but when you stay there, you see signs that it had not been cleaned properly. Also loud doors.

The hotel is nice and was clean.

The service from the woman who checked us in was very poor. The Booking.com message stated that reception was on the first floor, but when we arrived, it was actually on the second floor. In Colombia, floors are numbered differently, so I was not aware that this is how it works in Europe. Instead of explaining this calmly, the woman shouted at us, insisting it was upstairs and not downstairs. She was extremely rude and did not speak English. The following day, the electricity in the kitchen was unreliable, and there were no clean spoons available, so we had to wash kitchen items ourselves. In addition, there was no soap provided for showering. The mattress we were given had visible springs that could be felt, making it extremely uncomfortable.
