Really spacious room and very friendly staff

The room was quite modest, but located in a well-designed and tastefully decorated house, with nice outdoor premises, which the guests would definitely appreciate in warmer times. There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen with a dinner table. It was nice to meet the hospitable flexible receptionist. The location is not in the center, but was fully suitable for my purposes. It is easy to find and the directions of the owner were perfect.

On the down side (a very-very bad thing) is that it was not possible to connect to Wi-Fi. I came late, so I didn't think I should wake up the receptionist, and I used my mobile connection, which inflicted extra charges from my phone operator. As for the cleanliness, it was not perfect. The room looked nice, but when you stay there, you see signs that it had not been cleaned properly. Also loud doors.

Nice bath in the family room apartment, the house itself has an interesting internal design and some cute decorations/furniture. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the host was very prompt and effective, we arrived to the apartment late and requested the host until what we can check in free, he confirmed that before 10 p m. it is free. We did accordingly. It was warm and cosy.

We had some issues with the sheets but they were solved once we informed regarding it.

The hotel is nice and was clean.

The service from the woman who checked us in was very poor. The Booking.com message stated that reception was on the first floor, but when we arrived, it was actually on the second floor. In Colombia, floors are numbered differently, so I was not aware that this is how it works in Europe. Instead of explaining this calmly, the woman shouted at us, insisting it was upstairs and not downstairs. She was extremely rude and did not speak English. The following day, the electricity in the kitchen was unreliable, and there were no clean spoons available, so we had to wash kitchen items ourselves. In addition, there was no soap provided for showering. The mattress we were given had visible springs that could be felt, making it extremely uncomfortable.
