The loge was as expected and described the hot tub was a disappointment.

The standard of the lodge was very high and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space both inside and around the lodge for outdoor eating etc. Nice quiet location.

The Hot tub needed cleaned twice even after limited use. We complained twice both times it required attention. The hosts stated it was down to over use of multiple users. The children showered between use and used it a total of 4 hours over the course of 3 days as the rest of the time it was either unusable or under treatment. The hosts have acknowledged my compliant via email and have stated their hygiene protocols, but have offered no compensation. So for this reason we won't be back. Poor customer service.

It was unnaturally warm for Scotland, air conditioning or some fans would have been very useful as it was uncomfortable in the evening.
