Access to venice mall and many other shops and swimming pool
Something wrong with the aircon. I had to keep turning it back on all the time. The tile floor in bathroom needs work.

Close to shopping and dining areas
Was informed by the staff that the air conditioning shuts off every 30 mins. That there’s no technician available to fix it during our stay. That it’s okay to just wake up every 30 mins at night to turn the air conditioning back on. That’s it’s okay to just cancel our stay if we don’t accept the situation because they “haven’t received the payment from booking.com anyway.” As if it’s that easy to find a new accommodation in an instant. Had to throw a fit, berate the staff who was forced to look for a different room to accommodate us. So, a fair rating is probably too generous on our part. Not booking with you again, for sure.
